How do I install a Fatimode add-in?
Our add-ins are available on Microsoft AppSource. Open Excel → Insert → Get Add-ins → Search for the app name → Click Add. The add-in will be available in your ribbon.
Do your add-ins work with Excel Online?
Yes! All Fatimode add-ins work with Excel for Windows, Mac, and Excel Online (web browser).
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free tier has usage limits (row counts, daily calls). Pro removes all limits and provides priority support. Specific limits vary by app - check each app's support page for details.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Pro subscriptions are available through Microsoft AppSource. Open the add-in's taskpane and click the Upgrade button, or purchase directly from our AppSource listing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through Microsoft AppSource can be managed in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or at admin.microsoft.com. You can cancel anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your spreadsheet data never leaves your workbook - we don't access, collect, or store it. Only license verification data is transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Microsoft according to their AppSource refund policy. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for digital products.
